Client Guidebook
Your first morning here starts with a schedule, a case manager, and a room that's yours. This guidebook walks through daily structure, phone and visitor policies (these vary by program), and how families stay connected. We built it to answer the practical questions before you even ask them.
Client Guidebook, The Details
Your first morning at Dodson Recovery starts with breakfast and a look at the day's schedule. We hand you a printed copy so nothing feels like a guessing game. Here is what a typical weekday holds:
- Morning check-in and goal setting with your group
- Individual and group therapy sessions
- Meals and scheduled breaks built into the day
- Evening wind-down and reflection time
Phone and visitor policies are not one-size-fits-all. They shift depending on your program and where you are in treatment. We walk you through the specifics on day one, and we adjust as you progress.
Your case manager is your main point of contact. They track your goals, coordinate your care, and answer the questions that come up along the way. Bring them the small stuff too. That is what they are here for.
Families stay connected. We offer family sessions and regular updates when you sign a release. If you are a parent, partner, or sibling wanting to help, we will show you how.
