Seven days of clothes is plenty. We do laundry on site, so pack what feels soft and easy to move in. Think layers, sneakers, and something warm for evenings.
A few things make check-in faster. Bring these:
- A photo ID and your insurance card
- Current prescriptions in their original labeled bottles
- Comfortable, casual clothing for about a week
- A light jacket or sweater
- Toiletries without alcohol listed in the top ingredients
- A small amount of cash for vending or personal needs
Some items are better left at home. It keeps everyone focused and safe:
- Alcohol, over the counter medications, and anything not prescribed
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Valuables and expensive jewelry
- Revealing clothing or items with drug or alcohol logos
